Advanced Bone Formula

Regular price £5.99 £0.00

What it is:

This unique supplement provides a team of bone healthy vitamins and minerals. Such as vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and vitamin K. These work with each other to support healthy bones. For example:

Vitamin D gives complete osteo support and so does calcium. But without sufficient vitamin D calcium cannot be effectively absorbed in to bones for it to be beneficial

Magnesium also works alongside calcium as it helps calcium to be dissolved in the body.

To top it off the European Food Safety Authority has stated in recent years that 'vitamin K contributes to maintenance of normal bones'* (BBC, 2013).

How to take it:

Adults Swallow TWO caplets per day. Take one caplet in the morning, the other in the evening. Always take after food. You can break the caplets in half if it makes them easier for you to swallow.
